This San Antonio, TX wall mount installation was just completed tonight.  The wall mount is a tilt mount due to the high fireplace mantle.   The power is handled via a recessed power outlet behind the HDTV.  The HDMI cables are routed through fireplace to the video equipment in the cabinets beside the fireplace.
